Administrative assistant vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This position comes with a competitive salary of 1700 and we are open to considering immigrant applicants.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in administrative work and be knowledgeable in areas such as office management, scheduling, customer service, data entry, and basic accounting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to the company’s management team. Duties include answering phones, filing, organizing meetings and events, monitoring emails, managing databases and coordinating travel arrangements.

The successful candidate must also have excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Attention to detail is essential as well as the ability to work independently and autonomously.
