HR manager job in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes, with the goal of creating an efficient, productive, and positive workplace. The role will include managing recruitment, training and development, employee relations and retention, performance management, payroll, benefits administration, compliance with legal requirements and policies.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field plus a minimum of 5 years of HR experience. Knowledge of employment legislation and best practice HR policies is essential. Additionally strong problem solving skills as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to be successful in this role. The applicant should also be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively while working under pressure. Fluency in English is essential.
