JOB TITLE: Human Resources Manager

LOCATION: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

SALARY: 1400 AED per month

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. Our HR team is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that support our organization’s objectives. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and fast-paced organization that encourages creativity and innovation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Developing and implementing a comprehensive HR strategy in alignment with the overall organizational strategy.
• Recruiting, interviewing, selecting and onboarding new employees.
• Overseeing employee relations, performance management, training & development, and reward & recognition programs.
• Developing effective policies and procedures for the organization.
• Coordinating with external stakeholders on labour related matters.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Leading strategic projects as assigned by senior management.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is preferred but not required; additional certifications are an asset.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management or a similar role is required; experience working in the UAE is preferred but not required.
• Proven track record of managing successful teams while leading projects to completion on time & within budget.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) with strong negotiation & problem solving abilities.
