Security Manager

We are looking for an experienced Security Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a top-tier company and help ensure the safety and security of our staff, property, and guests.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing security operations and overseeing security teams in a corporate or hospitality environment. You must have excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, sound judgment, and the ability to think quickly on your feet.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day security operations of the organization.
• Monitor and assess threats to the organization's safety and security.
• Develop strategies and procedures to ensure the safety of staff, customers, and visitors.
• Supervise security personnel and enforce all safety protocols.
• Engage with local law enforcement agencies as needed.
• Investigate suspicious or criminal activities onsite.
• Ensure all equipment is functioning properly at all times.
• Maintain records of all security incidents.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Security Manager or Senior Security Officer in a similar environment.
• Working knowledge of surveillance systems, access control systems, alarm systems, CCTV systems, etc.
• Excellent decision-making skills with sound judgment under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.

Salary: 1200 AED per month (We are ready to consider an immigrant).
