We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Security Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi, UAE.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing security policies and procedures to ensure the safety of our employees and the protection of the company’s assets.

Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing security policies to protect employees, facilities, and assets.
- Designing security systems that meet business requirements.
- Managing access control systems.
- Conducting risk assessments to identify potential threats.
- Working with local law enforcement agencies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Investigating incidents and complaints related to security violations or breaches.
- Preparing reports on security activities.
- Supervising security personnel and providing training as needed.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate must also have experience working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. A Bachelor's degree in Security Management or related field is preferred but not required. The position offers a competitive salary of 1400 AED/month plus benefits for the right candidate!
