We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. We are looking for a highly motivated individual that is willing to work hard in order to find the best talent for our company. The ideal candidate should be able to think outside the box when it comes to finding potential candidates for various roles within the organization. No experience necessary, but strong communication skills and a knowledge of recruitment tactics is preferred.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
• Utilizing job boards and other resources to source quality candidates
• Conducting interviews with potential candidates
• Negotiating salaries and contracts with successful applicants
• Developing creative strategies for attracting top talent
