Recruiter - Abu Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting interviews, assessing candidates, and making hiring decisions. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100 AED per month. We are open to considering applicants who are willing to immigrate to Abu Dhabi.

The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, preferably within the Middle East region. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong problem-solving capabilities. You should also have a good working knowledge of current recruitment practices and techniques.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct interviews with potential candidates and assess their qualifications
• Screen resumes and applications
• Source suitable candidates through job postings and other recruiting channels
• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities
• Negotiate employment terms with successful candidates
• Monitor the progress of new hires during their probationary period
• Develop relationships with potential candidates through networking and referrals
• Assist in developing strategies to meet staffing needs
• Provide guidance on best practices for interviewing, selection, and onboarding processes

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• At least 3 years' experience in recruiting or talent acquisition roles
• Knowledge of current employment laws and regulations within the UAE region
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
