We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the sales team meets targets, as well as managing client relationships and fostering a positive working environment.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be highly organized with an eye for detail and an understanding of the target market. A degree or equivalent in business management or sales is desirable but not essential. We are also open to considering foreign applicants who have minimal work experience.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing strategies and plans to maximize sales opportunities, while also providing guidance, support and encouragement to the sales team. Responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, monitoring competitor activities, training staff, preparing proposals, attending meetings with clients, managing customer relationships and ensuring that quality standards are met consistently.
