Job Description

We are currently looking for a Pediatrician to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to children from birth to 19 years of age.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Pediatrician, preferably in the UAE. We are open to considering immigrants if the applicant has suitable qualifications and experience.

The salary package offered for this position is AED 1400 per month.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform physical examinations and provide preventative health care services.

- Diagnose illnesses, infections, injuries, and other health conditions in children.

- Prescribe medications or treatments and recommend lifestyle modifications to patients.

- Monitor patient progress and provide appropriate medical follow-up care.

- Refer patients to other healthcare specialists as needed and coordinate with other healthcare professionals on patient treatment plans.

- Develop patient treatment plans, including ordering diagnostic tests or prescribing medications or therapies as needed.

- Track patient vaccination records, discuss immunization schedules with parents or guardians, and administer vaccinations when necessary.

- Educate parents or guardians on appropriate nutrition, exercise, development for their child's age group, hygiene practices, safety precautions, etc.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Medicine or relevant field from an accredited institution

- Must be licensed as a Pediatrician by the Department of Health (DOH) in the UAE (or equivalent authority if immigrant)

- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Pediatrician is required

- Excellent analytical skills with excellent communication skills both written & verbal
