We are looking for an experienced Office Clerk to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. The ideal candidate should have 2 years of experience in a clerical position, and be willing to consider an immigrant. This position offers a salary of 1200 AED per month.
Responsibilities:
β’ Provide general office support to the team as needed
β’ Manage emails, phone calls, and other correspondence related to the office operations
β’ Organize and maintain all office filing systems
β’ Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as required
β’ Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed by the leadership team
β’ Ensure that the office is kept clean and organized at all times
β’ Maintain inventory of office supplies and order new items when needed
Qualifications:
β’ A minimum of 2 yearsβ experience working in a clerical role β’ Excellent written and oral communication skills in English β’ Proven organizational skills with attention to detail β’ Ability to prioritize tasks effectively β’ Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
