We are looking for an experienced Office Clerk to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. The ideal candidate should have 2 years of experience in a clerical position, and be willing to consider an immigrant. This position offers a salary of 1200 AED per month.
Responsibilities:
• Provide general office support to the team as needed
• Manage emails, phone calls, and other correspondence related to the office operations
• Organize and maintain all office filing systems
• Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as required
• Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed by the leadership team
• Ensure that the office is kept clean and organized at all times
• Maintain inventory of office supplies and order new items when needed
Qualifications:
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a clerical role • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively • Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
