Salary: 1200 AED

We are seeking a Construction Manager to oversee all aspects of construction for our projects in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire construction process, from initial planning and budgeting through to completion.

The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership and communication skills, and be able to work well with a team. They should also possess a strong understanding of construction regulations and have experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities include:

- Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, design, engineering, and inspections

- Collaborate with engineers, architects, owners, contractors and subcontractors

- Monitor progress of construction projects from start to finish

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

- Manage documentation related to all construction activities

- Act as a point of contact between the client and the project team

- Prepare reports on progress for internal and external stakeholders

- Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the course of the project.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in a similar role.

- In-depth knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.

- Ability to read blueprints/drawings accurately and interpret specifications.

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word/Excel/Outlook).
