Requirements: • Men / maybe women and couples • Age up to 55 years • Accepted both with experience and without MD at car factories Working conditions: • Hourly rate: 12.50 €/ hour. • Payment of overtime according to the law: hourly rate + 45% + 48 overtime hours ─ 8.5 €/hour + 45% = 14.3 €/overtime hour, and for 48 overtime hours/month = €591.6; per month = 1982 €) • Salary per month: from €2,000 to €2,292 • Work schedule:─ Work for 8 ─ 10 hours; Shifts alternate: 2 days ─ morning shifts, 2 days ─ afternoon shifts, 2 days ─ night shifts, 2 following days ─ weekend ─ 6 working days / 2 weekends; 24 shifts/month ─ 200 ─ 248 working hours per month • Training lasts 2 weeks • Long-term work for a period of 1 year with the possibility of long-term migration, both personally and with the family • Free lunch is provided at the factory • Housing: ─ Hostel/ private house with rooms for 2 persons; There are all the conditions (comfortable furniture and beds, TV in the room; Kitchen with refrigerators, microwave oven and dishes; Several separate bathrooms + boiler and washing machine)
