Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare materials for welding projects by interpreting blueprints and drawings
- Operate welding machines to join metal pieces together
- Repair worn parts of metal objects by welding them together
- Inspect welded surfaces for accuracy/defects
- Operate hand tools such as grinders as needed
- Follow safety rules while working in the workshop or onsite locations

Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in welding/metal fabrication (2+ years)
- Ability to interpret blueprints and drawings accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Knowledgeable in basic safety regulations related to welding
- Excellent physical stamina with ability to lift up to 50 lbs
