We are looking for an experienced Business Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the business, as well as developing and implementing strategies for long-term success. The ideal candidate has excellent problem solving skills, a strong drive to succeed, and the ability to think outside the box when it comes to finding solutions.

Job Description:
• Manage daily operations of the business and oversee all departments
• Develop strategies for long-term success and ensure implementation of these plans
• Analyze financial data and develop reports that inform management decision making
• Supervise staff and ensure efficient workflow between departments
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and grievances with professionalism and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations
• Monitor industry trends and adjust business strategy accordingly
• Identify areas of improvement in operations and suggest solutions
Demands for the Candidate:
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; MBA preferred but not required
• 5+ years of experience in a managerial role or similar capacity; international experience a plus
• Proven track record of developing successful strategies and achieving goals set by management
• Ability to think critically about complex problems and develop innovative solutions
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; fluency in English is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail • Salary: 1400 QAR
