Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated, experienced Supervisor to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate must have the ability to supervise and coordinate the daily activities of our team in a fast-paced environment.

The Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all tasks and projects are completed on time and according to company standards. They will need to provide guidance and support to their teams and be able to resolve any conflicts that may arise. The Supervisor should also be able to recognize potential problems before they occur, and take corrective action as needed.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once with ease
• Ability to work with diverse groups of people
• Familiarity with project management tools and software
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills

Salary: 1400 per month (we are willing to consider an immigrant).
