Land Surveyor – Riyadh

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate must have an understanding of land surveying principles and practices, a strong work ethic, and the willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions. This position offers a competitive salary of 900 SAR per month. We are also willing to consider an immigrant for this role.

The role involves using survey equipment such as total station, GPS systems, data collectors, etc., to accurately measure distances, elevations, and other characteristics of the land. The surveyor will also need to analyze survey data to determine locations and boundary lines for construction projects or other purposes. Additional responsibilities include following safety rules when working near hazardous areas; keeping accurate records of measurements; and preparing reports for clients or other stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, the candidate must have excellent problem-solving skills; be able to interpret maps, aerial photos, legal documents related to land ownership; and possess strong knowledge of mathematics and trigonometry. No previous experience is required as on-site training can be provided.
