Job Description:

We are looking for a Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh, with a salary of 1200 SAR/month. The successful candidate must be reliable, able to work independently and have excellent communication, problem solving and organizational skills.

The primary responsibilities of the Land Surveyor include performing surveys to measure and determine boundaries as well as analyzing the data collected by surveying instruments. The individual must be able to interpret maps, aerial photographs, field notes and other documents in order to accurately measure distances, angles and elevations. Additional responsibilities include preparing legal descriptions of land for surveying purposes, researching boundary laws and regulations and preparing sketches or drawings of survey results.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Surveying or Engineering related field with at least 3 years of practical experience in land surveying. Previous experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software is desirable. The successful candidate must also be able to work outdoors under all weather conditions and travel when needed. We are open to considering a foreigner for this role.
