The successful candidate should have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers, take orders, and provide helpful advice when necessary. They must also possess excellent organizational skills to ensure that orders are taken accurately and served promptly. Furthermore, they must have the ability to remain calm under pressure while multitasking, working well with other staff members, and handling potential customer complaints or concerns.
