Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join our team in Dubai. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading, planning, and executing projects from start to finish. You will be accountable for delivering projects on time and within budget while meeting customer requirements. You will be expected to take ownership of the project lifecycle and ensure that all tasks are completed according to the established timeline. You must have strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of project management principles in order to successfully manage projects across multiple teams. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication skills as well as a collaborative approach when working with stakeholders both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop overall project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, resources needed, risks & assumptions
• Monitor progress against project plan and track/report key metrics (e.g., cost savings, budget adherence)
• Lead project teams to ensure successful completion of tasks by meeting deadlines and adhering to established quality standards
• Identify potential issues or risks associated with the project; develop mitigation strategies as needed
• Manage external vendors/suppliers when necessary; coordinate activities with internal stakeholders
• Collect feedback from stakeholders throughout the life cycle of each project; provide insights on customer satisfaction and areas for improvement
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment between expectations, objectives & deliverables
• Identify opportunities for process improvements; develop & implement strategies accordingly

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in project management/coordination roles
• Proven track record of successful delivery of complex projects within tight deadlines
• Excellent problem-solving skills & ability to work independently with minimal direction or supervision
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels within an organization • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/Project) required; knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) desirable

Salary: 1600 AED
