Job Description:
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the execution of projects within our organization. This includes setting objectives, developing project plans, budgeting and resource allocation, monitoring progress, and ensuring successful completion of the project. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving and communication skills as well as experience in project management.
Responsibilities :
- Develop detailed project plans and budgets; monitor progress against goals and ensure successful completion of projects on time and within budget
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects
- Track progress of multiple projects simultaneously; identify potential risks or delays and propose solutions or corrective actions
- Regularly communicate with stakeholders on project status, deliverables, risks/issues, etc.
- Work closely with senior management to ensure alignment between business objectives and project deliverables
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business/commerce or related field preferred
- Proven experience in project management (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; excellent problem solving skills
- Knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel) plus any additional software used for managing projects
