We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Dubai. Our ideal candidate must have at least two years of experience in leading teams on complex projects. We are open to considering foreign candidates who meet our requirements and have the right skill set for the job.

The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall success of projects, from initial concept through to completion. This involves working with stakeholders and clients to define project scope, writing detailed plans and specifications, managing resources, budgeting and tracking progress, delivering presentations to stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of projects and providing solutions to any arising issues. The Project Manager will also be responsible for coaching and mentoring project team members, monitoring team performance and making sure that all project deliverables are met.

To qualify for this role you must have a minimum of two years experience in a similar position. Previous experience in the Middle East is an advantage but not essential. You should have excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and strong communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels within an organization including executives. A good understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is also important along with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Knowledge of computer programming languages such as Java or C++ is an advantage but not essential for this role.
