We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar position, with excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage a team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, including managing staff, creating budgets, ensuring compliance with local health and safety regulations, and maintaining high levels of customer service. They must be able to communicate effectively with customers and staff, as well as show an understanding of industry trends and changing customer preferences.

The Restaurant Manager will need to have an eye for detail when it comes to organization and cleanliness of the restaurant. They will also need to have practical problem-solving skills and knowledge about food safety. Additionally, they should be able to train new employees on proper restaurant procedures and standards while also providing ongoing coaching and support.
