We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be a passionate leader with excellent people skills and a strong understanding of the hospitality industry.

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing staff, managing finances, scheduling shifts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They must create a positive and team-oriented working environment while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The ability to troubleshoot promptly and professionally is essential in this role.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Developing strategies to attract customers and increase profitability
• Managing budgets, scheduling shifts, payroll, and monitoring equipment maintenance
• Analyzing customer feedback to improve customer service standards
• Coordinating daily operations including delegating tasks to staff members
• Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are adhered to
• Overseeing the hiring process of new employees
• Monitoring staff performance and providing training as required
• Answering customer queries in a timely manner

The successful candidate should have excellent organizational skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent communication skills. Previous experience managing restaurants is required, preferably in Dubai. Excellent leadership skills are also necessary as the Restaurant Manager will be expected to motivate their team to reach goals set by management. We are open to considering foreign applicants for this role who can demonstrate their suitability for the position. The salary offered for this position is 1600 AED per month.
