Restaurant Manager - Dubai

Requirements:
• A minimum of five years experience in a similar role with extensive knowledge of restaurant operations, including menu planning, staffing, inventory control, and customer service.
• Ability to maintain positive client relations and develop new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectively.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate others and maintain a positive working environment.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are considered an asset.

Job Description:
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations including staffing, menu planning, inventory control, customer service standards, and financial performance. They will also be responsible for developing new business opportunities while maintaining positive relationships with existing clients. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for leading the team by providing training and support while ensuring that all health & safety regulations are adhered to at all times.
