Office assistant job vacancy in Sharjah UAE for unskilled workers


We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be an experienced, reliable and efficient professional, able to coordinate administrative procedures and daily operations of the office.

The successful candidate must have at least 3 years of experience working in a similar role, preferably within the Sharjah area. The candidate must have a good command of English and excellent communication skills to ensure smooth workflow with other staff members. Familiarity with computer software, including MS Office is also required. We would consider an immigrant for this position as well.

The candidate should be organized, proactive and detail-oriented with great multitasking abilities. He/she should be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while providing support to the staff members and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely manner. Further responsibilities include but are not limited to records management, filing paperwork, making travel arrangements and preparing reports for senior staff.

We offer a competitive salary of 1500 AED per month plus benefits commensurate with experience.
