Executive Chef - Dubai

We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. We offer a competitive salary of 1100 per month and are willing to consider a foreign professional for the position.

Job Requirements:
-5+ years experience as an Executive Chef in a high volume restaurant or catering environment.
-Proven ability to lead, motivate, and train kitchen staff to ensure the highest quality food is served in a timely manner.
-Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English. Knowledge of Arabic is also preferred but not essential.
-Ability to develop innovative menus that reflect current trends in the culinary industry while staying within budget constraints.
-Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for menu creations, cost control methods, and recipe development/testing processes.

Job Description:
As an Executive Chef you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the culinary operations within our organization including menu design, cost analysis, kitchen staff training/development, purchasing/inventory control, health & safety regulations compliance, dish presentation standards, etc. You will work closely with other departments such as marketing and sales in order to ensure that all customer needs are met while staying within budgetary requirements. You will also be responsible for creating new recipes that utilize local ingredients while keeping up with current trends in the culinary industry.
