Salary: 1000 AED per month
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and qualified Sommelier to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our wine selection, offering advice to customers on food and wine pairings, and providing a superior level of service to our guests.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent knowledge of wines from around the world, including their taste profiles and food pairings. They should have a friendly and professional demeanor, with outstanding customer service skills. In addition, they should be organized and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the selection of wines in the restaurant’s cellar
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and sales
• Provide expert advice on food and wine pairings
• Suggest wines to customers based on their preferences
• Educate guests on the different types of wines available
• Assist with food orders when needed
• Ensure all applicable laws are followed regarding alcohol serving
• Perform regular cleaning duties in the cellar or storage area

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience as a sommelier or related role
• Excellent knowledge of wines from around the world
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Immigrant status is considered an asset
