We are looking for a proactive and friendly individual to join our team of baristas in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation and service of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, smoothies, milkshakes, and other drinks.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for food and drinks and possess excellent customer service skills. They should be able to work independently with minimal supervision. It is essential that they can work well under pressure in a busy environment. Previous experience in the hospitality/catering industry is preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities include: preparing beverages with speed and accuracy according to recipes; taking orders; serving customers; stocking supplies; ensuring the cleanliness of the workspace; maintaining accurate cash transactions; providing excellent customer service at all times; suggesting items according to customer needs; adhering to company guidelines on hygiene, health & safety regulations; ensuring safe and proper use of machinery and equipment.
