Ideally, the candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in the field of electricity maintenance or installation. A strong knowledge of building codes is also required in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Additionally, the candidate must have excellent communication skills so that they can effectively collaborate with colleagues on projects or explain complex issues to clients in a clear manner.
