Job Description
Carpenter Position, Al-Kuwait

We are hiring a Carpenter to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and be capable of both building and repairing furniture and other structures. The position is full-time with a salary of 1300 KD per month. We are open to considering foreign applicants for this role.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role
• Experience with power tools such as saws, drills, etc.
• Knowledge of carpentry techniques
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently
• Great attention to detail
• Physically fit

Duties:
• Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using ruler, pencil, chalk, and marking gauge
• Cut materials using power saws or hand saws according to specifications
• Assemble cut and shaped materials using glue, nails, screws, dowels etc.
• Install fixtures such as doors, windows or cupboards following construction plans using hand tools such as hammers or levels
• Construct frames by joining pieces together using wood joints such as mortise-and-tenon or dovetails joints • Sand wooden surfaces and apply sealers or other protective finishes after construction
