Office Assistant position (Khawr Fakkan, 1000 AED/month)
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Khawr Fakkan. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, managing office operations and providing excellent customer service.
The successful candidate must possess excellent organizational skills, be highly detail-oriented, have a strong work ethic and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly
• Greet customers warmly and provide them with information regarding services offered
• Assist with the preparation of documents such as letters, memos, reports, etc.
• Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
• Manage filing system, both electronic and hard copy
• Assist with the organization of meetings and events
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Office Assistant or similar role in an office setting
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Highly organized multitasker capable of handling multiple assignments at once
