Job Title: Sales Manager

Salary: AED 1000 (negotiable)

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Khawr Fakkan, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, developing and managing the sales team and its activities to ensure maximum performance and profitability.

The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record of success in sales. They should also have a deep knowledge of the local market and industry trends.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Establishing and implementing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas
- Implementing national sales programs by developing field sales action plans
- Analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending changes to marketing strategies based on market analysis
- Developing relationships with key customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Establishing and maintaining effective communication between customers, the company, and other departments
- Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules etc.
- Reviewing customer feedback results to identify opportunities for improvement or development of new products/services

The successful candidate must have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. We are ready to consider applications from foreigners for this position.
