Sales Manager vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must be able to develop and implement sales strategies, build customer relationships, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets.

The ideal candidate should have:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
• 5+ years of proven experience in Sales Management
• Proven track record of success in developing and implementing sales strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with customers and maintain strong customer loyalty.
• Knowledge of modern sales techniques and best practices in the industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate a team and lead by example.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)

The Sales Manager will be responsible for:
• Developing the annual sales plan and budget for the region according to company objectives;
• Leading the development of effective sales strategies that meet industry trends;
• Building relationships with existing customers while prospecting new ones;
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, services, pricing structures, competitors’ activities; • Motivating the team to achieve targets; • Analyzing market trends and preparing reports on customer feedback; • Creating product/service presentations as required; • Providing feedback from customers back to other departments if needed.

This position offers a salary of 1300 USD per month depending on relevant experience and qualifications. We are willing to consider applicants from abroad as well as locals for this role.
