Job Title: Accountant
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 1700 AED

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. We are open to considering applicants from abroad who can legally work in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have at least minimal work experience in the accounting field and be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of basic accounting principles.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Record financial transactions in accounting systems
• Prepare invoices, reports, and other documents as required
• Monitor accounts receivable/payable and reconcile discrepancies
• Process payments and deposits into appropriate accounts
• Handle bank reconciliation statements on a regular basis
• Analyze financial data and create financial reports as requested by management
• Review financial information entered into the system for accuracy and compliance with laws & regulations

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred • Good knowledge of accounting principles & practices • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Experience with accounting software (e.g. SAP) is an advantage • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
