Personal Trainer Job in Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced Personal Trainer to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position offers a competitive salary of 1000 AED per month and is available to both local and foreign candidates.

Job Description:
The Personal Trainer will be responsible for providing clients with individualized fitness training programs designed to help them achieve their health and fitness goals. They will provide instruction in the areas of cardiovascular conditioning, weight management, basic nutrition, flexibility/stretching, strength training and muscle toning. The Personal Trainer will be expected to maintain accurate client records, analyze data from assessments and progress reports to ensure clients are reaching their goals. They will also be responsible for developing partnerships with clients by providing motivation and advice to ensure they remain dedicated to their fitness goals.

Required Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience as a personal trainer or similar role
• Understanding of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, nutrition, biomechanics etc.
• Good physical condition and able to demonstrate exercises/stretches that can be used as part of client training sessions
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly attitude towards clients
• Ability to motivate clients towards their fitness goals
