As the Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to oversee daily operations and ensure successful completion of customer orders. You will be responsible for supervising staff, managing resources, and executing strategies to ensure that operational goals are met. Other responsibilities include providing training and support for new and existing employees, monitoring employee performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

To be considered for this position you need to have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role is required, with experience in the retail sector being highly advantageous. You must also have excellent communication skills as well as strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. We are ready to consider immigrants who meet these requirements.
