We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of a team. This position requires strong organizational and leadership skills, as well as the ability to make decisions quickly and with confidence. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

The Supervisor will be expected to ensure that all staff are performing their duties according to the company's standards, and to provide guidance and direction when needed. They should be able to identify problems and conflicts within the team, and take corrective action when necessary. Additionally, they should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in order to effectively communicate with all employees.

The Supervisor must also have knowledge of company policies and procedures, as well as an understanding of employment law. They should be able to work independently with minimal supervision while still meeting deadlines, as well as maintain a professional attitude at all times.

We offer a salary of 1800 for this position. We are also ready to consider foreign candidates for this job.
