We are looking for an experienced Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to motivate and manage employees.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the company and ensure all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Develop strategies to increase efficiency and cost-effectiveness of operations.
• Monitor progress against performance goals established for the company.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
• Develop appropriate policies, procedures, job descriptions, and employee relations guidelines.
• Create budgets for departments or projects; review financial statements regularly; track spending; identify areas of improvement.
• Manage staff effectively; hire new personnel as needed; provide performance reviews and feedback; resolve employee conflicts; maintain a positive work environment.
• Foster relationships with vendors, suppliers, customers, partners, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.
• Respond quickly to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service at all times.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field required.
• Proven experience as a manager in a similar role required.
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, standards and best practices required.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail required. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams required . • Ability to make decisions quickly in challenging situations required . • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required . • Willingness to consider immigrants is preferred .
