We are looking for a motivated Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping manage the recruitment process and ensuring we have the right people in the right job. They will be tasked with sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting suitable candidates for our open positions.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should be able to work quickly and efficiently to deliver results while adhering to all relevant policies and procedures. Additionally, they should be comfortable using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software tools.

The successful candidate will be expected to identify potential candidates through various sources such as job boards, social media, employee referrals etc., contact them through phone calls or emails, conduct interviews, assess their skills and qualifications against job requirements and create shortlists of suitable applicants for management review. They should also provide guidance on job offers, onboarding procedures and other related matters in order to ensure a smooth transition into the company.

We offer a competitive salary of 1500 AED per month (or equivalent) with benefits commensurate with experience level. Foreigners are welcome to apply for this position.
