We are looking to hire an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position offers a salary of 1100 per month and we are open to considering applications from immigrants.

The successful candidate will be required to identify potential employees through the use of recruitment methods such as job postings, referrals, and networking. They must also screen and interview candidates, assess their qualifications, negotiate salaries, and prepare necessary paperwork for successful applicants. They must also be able to establish working relationships with external recruitment agencies and other hiring personnel.

The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in recruitment or a related field. They must possess excellent organizational skills including the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in order to meet deadlines. Furthermore, they should be proficient in using computer programs related to recruitment such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) and have an understanding of the local job market. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
