Sales Manager - Abu Dhabi - 1400 AED

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in sales management.

Job Description:
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading sales efforts of the company and developing effective strategies to increase customer base and revenue. The individual will be responsible for developing a comprehensive sales plan; setting goals; identifying new markets; managing existing accounts; creating relationships with customers, distributors, and other stakeholders; managing hiring, training, and motivation of sales staff; implementing promotional campaigns and monitoring results. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, tracking performance metrics, analyzing customer behavior, researching market trends and providing reports to senior management.

Salary & Working Conditions:
The successful candidate will receive a salary of 1400 AED per month. This position also includes working from 9:00am to 6:00pm on weekdays and 12:00pm-5:00pm on weekends (Saturdays). Additionally, we offer health insurance coverage as per UAE labor laws/regulations.
