Position: Sales Manager

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate should have excellent customer service skills and be highly organized. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that maximize sales revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for recruiting, training and managing a team of sales representatives and setting targets. You will also be required to track performance, analyze results and make changes to ensure the success of the team's goals. You should have strong leadership skills as well as excellent communication skills in order to effectively manage your team. Additionally, you should have an in-depth knowledge of market trends and strategy development.
