Construction Manager - Abu Dhabi - 1600 AED/month

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in construction and project management, with a track record of successful completion of projects.

The Construction Manager will be responsible for planning and overseeing all aspects of construction projects from conception to completion. This includes managing project plans, budgets, timelines, resources, and personnel to ensure projects remain on track and are completed within budget and on schedule. The Construction Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality control standards, building codes, and other applicable laws.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a construction management role
• Excellent knowledge of construction processes, including cost estimation, scheduling techniques, materials management and quality control procedures
• Ability to read blueprints/technical drawings
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are preferred but not required
