Position: Secretary
Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: 1400 QAR
We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general administrative and clerical support to our organization.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage their own time effectively. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this role.
Responsibilities:
• Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
• Create and maintain filing systems in both digital and paper formats
• Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment and address any malfunctions when needed
• Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
• Schedule meetings and appointments as needed by management staff
• Greet visitors or callers and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs
• File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports when needed
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures • Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks • Excellent written/verbal communication skills with attention to detail • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • High School Diploma; Associate's degree is a plus • Willingness to consider an immigrant for this role
