Surveyor (Doha, Qatar)

We are looking for a skilled Surveyor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate must be able to accurately measure and record data for various projects. This position offers an excellent salary of 1800 QR per month.

Responsibilities:

- Measure and record data such as building heights, topography, and land dimensions for engineering projects.
- Utilize surveying instruments such as laser rangefinders, total station equipment, GPS units, levels, and theodolites.
- Analyze spatial data using computer software programs such as AutoCAD.
- Prepare sketches of survey sites and make necessary calculations regarding surveying angles using trigonometry.
- Maintain accurate records of surveys by taking photographs and making written notes at survey sites.
- Understand zoning laws in order to assess the legal boundaries of properties.
- Present reports that include findings from surveys along with proposed solutions or changes to existing structures or landscapes.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or related field preferred.
- Experience with AutoCAD software is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail required.
- Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and travel when needed.
- We are open to consider immigrant applications with minimal work experience but must have strong credentials in the field of Surveying or related field of study/work experience.
