Position Title: Mason

Location: Doha, Qatar

Salary: 1700 QAR per month

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Mason to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in laying bricks and other stone materials to construct walls, floors, patios, and other structures. They must also be knowledgeable in the use of masonry tools and equipment and be able to read blueprints. The successful candidate must also be able to work with minimal supervision and have excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Lay bricks, blocks, tiles or other masonry units accurately according to design specifications
- Utilize masonry tools including trowels, hammers, chisels, cement mixers etc.
- Measure materials accurately and calculate quantities for jobs
- Install/repair window sills, doorsteps or stairs using mortar or grout
- Mix mortar or cement with water and additional ingredients as required for specific jobs
- Apply waterproofing material to new structures as required according to code requirements
- Read blueprints and follow instructions from supervisors regarding layout of a structure

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason or similar role
- Knowledge of mixing mortar/cement with water and additional ingredients as required for specific jobs
- Ability to read blueprints and understand layout of a structure - Excellent attention to detail when measuring materials accurately - Ability to work with minimal supervision - Must be willing to relocate if necessary
