Executive Chef job in Doha Qatar


We are looking to hire a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Doha!

The ideal candidate should possess excellent knowledge of modern culinary trends and techniques, have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to lead a team of chefs. Furthermore, he/she must be able to develop menus and recipes, as well as manage inventory, food costs, and staff.

The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:
• Degree in Culinary Arts or related field
• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef in a hotel or restaurant setting
• Excellent knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen regulations
• Proven track record of creating successful menus
• Ability to manage staffing levels and schedules
• High level of organizational skills
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in high pressure environments with tight deadlines
• Immigrants are welcome.
