We are looking for an experienced and motivated Supervisor to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization and ensuring that all employees are performing their duties effectively.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role. The successful applicant must have excellent interpersonal, communication, and management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team to success.

The Supervisor will be expected to monitor the performance of staff and ensure they comply with company policies and procedures. They will also be responsible for identifying any areas where improvement is needed and working with managers to develop strategies to address these issues. Additionally, the successful candidate must have strong problem-solving skills and be able to work independently.
