We are currently looking for a Supervisor to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the business and managing the staff.

The Supervisor must have excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of three years supervisory experience in a managerial role, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry. They must have a proven track record of success in leading teams to achieve desired results, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

The Supervisor should have an excellent understanding of customer service principles and practices, as well as knowledge of basic accounting principles. They should also have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.

The Supervisor will also be responsible for overseeing staff performance, monitoring operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, resolving customer service issues and ensuring that all employees are working safely and efficiently.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced supervisor to join our team in Doha with a salary of 1600 per month. We are open to considering foreign applicants who meet the above requirements.
