Psychiatrist Job Opening in Doha

We are looking for an experienced Psychiatrist to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing mental health care to patients of all ages. The salary will be 1200 per month. We are willing to consider applications from immigrants.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience in a professional psychiatric setting and should possess an MD or equivalent degree, as well as an active license to practice medicine in Qatar. A strong understanding of the local culture and language is also preferred.

The Psychiatrist will be responsible for providing evidence-based assessments, diagnosis, and treatment plans for patients suffering from mental illness and/or substance abuse disorders. They must also provide crisis intervention services when necessary; provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy; maintain accurate records; order laboratory tests and interpret results; manage medications; coordinate with other health care professionals; and communicate effectively with patients and their families.
